Yelm, WA - Uncle Roy’s Music Signs “The Informal Gentlemen” to Recording Contract
Uncle Roy’s Music LLC (URM) is proud to announce the signing of their first recording contract with “The Informal Gentlemen” of Spanaway, WA. This promising young quartet of local musicians is preparing to record their debut album for URM and look forward to a long and fruitful association together.
Yelm, WA – October 25, 2010 – Uncle Roy’s Music LLC signed a recording contract today with “The Informal Gentlemen” of Spanaway, WA. “The Informal Gentlemen” consist of Yamill “Johnny” Collazo, and brothers Caleb and Randahl Burr. Recording of their first album is scheduled for November/December of 2010 with a projected release date of April 1, 2011.
Vice President of URM, Wayne R. Wiiki, has been building a relationship with “The Informal Gentlemen” for over a year and likes what he sees. “We are very selective in who we choose to have this type of relationship with” Wayne says. “The name of Uncle Roy’s Music is our most valued asset and we have always been extremely careful in who we allow to be associated with it. These are great young men who will do their best to live up to our standards and moral obligations.”
Uncle Roy’s Music has a simple creed they live by “Family, Music, Integrity, Fellowship”. This new direction for their business will adhere to the same creed and they expect the same success they have seen in their other endeavors.

Uncle Roy’s Music LLC was started in October 2008 by Raymond and Wayne Wiiki, 2 brothers from upstate New York who spent 20 years in Los Angeles pursuing their musical dreams. After escaping from the oppressive lifestyle of Southern California to the truly laid-back life of Western Washington, they found themselves in a position to offer their expertise and experience to the local people of Yelm, WA. Their retail location offers new and used stringed instruments, amplifiers and drums along with lessons, recording and repairs. They work with several local community organizations and provide live sound reinforcement at community events.
